Ryann Reed Design Build is seeking a Carpenter with a baseline knowledge of construction that wishes to expand and refine their skill set. The perfect candidate will have 1-3 years experience in a construction related role with an eagerness to learn more! Ryann Reed promotes the continued growth of its Carpentry Team through in-house training and vendor classes as well as consistent one-on-one guidance from seasoned teammates. Setting attainable goals and outlining clear expectations supports this mission and encourages Carpenter’s to take ownership of their own development (and progression within the company)! We will also consider an enthusiastic apprentice-leveled individual with a go-getter attitude that is extremely focused and dedicated to putting in extra effort.

Overall Responsibilities:

Good communication and excellent customer service skills

Ability to follow specific, sometimes very detailed, instructions

Assist Carpenters, absorbing as much as possible

Seek learning opportunities (ask questions & engage with senior Carpenters)

Maintain clean and safe job sites (an expected daily contribution to assigned job site)

Required to be successful in this role:

Positive and friendly demeanor

Neat and professional appearance

Consistently strive to provide an excellent client experience attitude

Valid driver's license

Daily use of a personal, reliable vehicle to travel to job sites

Willingness to obtain DOT certification, at company’s expense, if/as needed

Willingness to participate in continuing education opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Ability to consistently perform physically demanding work, including lifting 100+ pounds

Personal collection of basic hand tools (detailed list will be provided upon request)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: Varying job sites within Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties

Compensation:

Hourly ranging between $20- $24 per hour, depending on experience & skill set

Weekly Pay with Company Wide Quarterly Bonus Program

Monthly Vehicle Allowance

Experience:

Basic knowledge of carpentry & construction processes: 1- 2 years (Preferred)

Passion

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)

Any related training certifications, licenses or degrees will be considered a plus (Examples: OSHA 10 or 30 card, NARI CLC, etc.)
