    We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled carpenter with extensive experience in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. They are a hands-on leader with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. They take ownership of projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires someone who can manage a team, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities: What You'll Be Doing: • Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. • Lead and supervise laborers and subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines. • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans. • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to determine project requirements, including materials, tools, and labor. • Collaborate with the Project Coordinator for all material orders, deliveries, and job site logistics. • Perform general labor, including drywall, framing, insulation, windows, doors, cabinetry, tile flooring, trim, etc. • Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials per project specifications. • Ensure all work meets local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. • Troubleshoot issues on-site and develop effective solutions. • Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Train and mentor apprentice team members to enhance skills and efficiency. • Maintain accurate records of project progress, labor hours, and materials used. Qualifications: Who We're Looking For: • High school diploma or equivalent. • 5+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or general contracting (kitchen and bath experience preferred), with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • In-depth knowledge of construction, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and tiling skills. • Proficiency with hand and power tools. • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of local and state building codes and safety regulations. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed. • Valid driver’s license. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Compensation: $28 - $32 hourly
