We are a fast-growing remodeling company specializing in high-quality residential renovations. From kitchens and bathrooms to custom upgrades, we take pride in craftsmanship, communication, and customer satisfaction. As demand increases, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team.

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners to understand project goals and recommend solutions

Create estimates, proposals, and detailed scopes of work

Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships

Work closely with project managers and designers to ensure a smooth project handoff

Track sales pipeline and meet monthly performance targets

Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales (construction/remodeling sales preferred but not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to explain remodeling options and processes clearly

Comfort with in-home consultations and follow-ups

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
