    Summary of Responsibilities

    We’re looking for a Residential Remodeling Sales Consultant who can build and nurture client relationships while representing our company with professionalism and warmth. This role goes beyond traditional sales—it’s about creating a remarkable client experience from the first interaction through the remodel and long after the final walk-through.

    Essential Functions

    • Proactively generate leads and build partnerships through networking, referrals, and outreach
    • Respond to and qualify leads within 24 hours, schedule initial consultations, and conduct in-home meetings
    • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey—from initial contact, through design and construction, to final walkthrough.
    • Prepare and present project proposals, pricing models, and contracts; guide clients through decision-making with empathy and professionalism.
    • Partner with Design and Production teams to ensure accurate scopes, budgets, and seamless transitions.
    • Maintain regular client check-ins throughout construction, manage change orders, and handle post-project follow-ups, including thank-you touches, and review/referral requests.
    • Serve as a brand ambassador at events, engage with past and current clients, and develop professional referrals and strategic partnerships.
    • Manage all sales activities and client data using HubSpot and other tools; contribute to business and marketing plans.

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales/business development, client-facing or relationship-driven roles.
    • Experience working in or around the construction, design, or remodeling industry is a strong plus
    • College degree preferred
    • Comfortable with CRM tools, project management software, email campaigns, and light social media engagement.
    • A natural connector who thrives on building genuine relationships
    • Highly organized, with great follow-through and attention to detail
    • Exceptional listening and communication skills (verbal and written)

    Compensation

    • Total first year earning potential: $80,000 - $110,000+ annually ($50,000 base salary + generous commission and potential bonuses)
