As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Remodeling Sales Specialist to help us bring more dream spaces to life.

What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll guide them through the early stages of the remodeling process—building trust, understanding their needs, and helping them envision what’s possible. From the first inquiry to the signed contract, you’ll play a key role in creating positive, professional, and personal experiences.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Responding to new inquiries, scheduling consultations, and managing client data in Buildertrend
• Meeting with homeowners to discuss their goals, scope, and budget
• Creating and presenting ballpark estimates with clarity and confidence
• Following up with prospects to build strong relationships and close deals
• Preparing design agreements and contracts via Dropbox Sign
• Keeping organized project records (notes, photos, pricing)
• Collaborating with our design and production teams to refine estimates
• Contributing ideas in sales meetings and staying sharp on trends and tools

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of business-to-consumer sales experience (remodeling or construction is highly preferred)
• Clear, confident communicator with a warm and professional style
• Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy (Buildertrend is a plus)
• Natural problem-solver who loves helping others
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
