    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Remote Appointment Setter to contact potential clients and schedule appointments for our sales or business development team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls, emails, or messages to leads provided by the company.

    • Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and record relevant information.

    • Schedule appointments or consultations for the sales team using scheduling tools or CRMs.

    • Maintain a detailed log of calls, conversations, and appointment outcomes in the system.

    • Follow up with potential leads who have shown interest but haven’t committed.

    • Collaborate with sales or marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.

    • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals for contacts and appointments.

    • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and route them appropriately.


    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (remote experience preferred).

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (or other required languages).

    • Confidence in handling objections and maintaining a positive, professional tone.

    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and online scheduling tools.

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

    • Reliable internet connection, computer, and quiet work environment.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working in a sales-driven environment.

    • Knowledge of the company’s industry (e.g., real estate, financial services, SaaS, healthcare).

    • Ability to adapt to different lead types and communication styles.


    Work Environment:

    • Fully remote with flexible working hours (depending on time zones or lead availability).

    • May involve performance-based bonuses or commission in addition to base pay.

    • Daily check-ins with supervisors or sales reps via Zoom, Slack, or email.
