** Summary** :
We’re looking for driven, experienced B2B Sales Representatives to join our team.
Ideal candidates will have a background in the cannabis accessories, packaging, growning and/or smoke shop industry and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include representing our brand, driving new sales, building strong customer relationships, closing deals, and nurturing ongoing accounts.
High performance in this role can lead to a long-term position overseeing sales within an assigned territory. This is a great opportunity for motivated professionals who want to grow with an innovative and rapidly expanding company with unlimited earning potential.
Qualifications :
Must be at least 21 years old.
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to clearly explain and present product features and benefits.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency with CRM software. Freshsales is a plus.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
Ability to convert leads into sales opportunities and complete timely post-show follow-ups.
Familiarity with—or willingness to learn—industry compliance with flavor products.
Desired Skills :
Experience in the cannabis accessories market or related B2B industries.
Strong B2B sales, networking, and account management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies.
Creative problem-solving to address client needs and challenges.
Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to convert leads, manage a sales pipeline, and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
Strong relationship-building skills with wholesalers, distributors, dispensaries, growers, and packaging partners.
Accurate weekly CRM updates and dependable sales forecasting.
