Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated BCaBA to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a BCBA to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, provide direct supervision to RBTs, collect and analyze data, and support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Collect, review, and analyze behavioral data
Assist in conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments (FBA)
Collaborate with families, educators, and team members to support client progress
Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and insurance guidelines
Attend team meetings, ongoing training, and supervision sessions
Qualifications:
Must be certified as a BCaBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience (preferred)
Experience with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if applicable)
Bilingual English and Spanish candidates are a plus
