• Identifying, pitching, and onboarding new beauty brand partners from indie to global prestige labels

• Leading high-value commercial negotiations and contract discussions

• Coordinating across departments to deliver seamless product development and launch processes

• Tracking market trends and reporting performance metrics to senior leadership

About You

• Be able to do the job as described

• Have a strong network in the personal care or beauty industry

• Understand GMP, MOCRA, FDA regulations, and compliance standards in cosmetics manufacturing

• Confidently close multi-million dollar B2B deals and manage major client relationships

• Use CRM and project tracking tools (like Salesforce or Monday.com) with ease
