    We are looking for experienced CDL-A owner-operators who run their own equipment and want to operate within a structured nationwide freight system. This role allows drivers to maintain full operational control while aligning with an experienced logistics support team focused on load consistency, communication, and compliance.

    Operations are managed by a U.S.-based team in Oregon with 30+ years of combined transportation experience. Drivers operate remotely, running freight across regional and over-the-road lanes nationwide.

    Key Responsibilities

    Deliver freight safely across assigned routes according to all regulations

    Maintain ongoing communication regarding load status and delays

    Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and availability professionally

    Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of logs, bills of lading, and confirmations

    Maintain compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and state transportation rules

    Uphold professional standards in all interactions with shippers, receivers, and brokers

    Contractor Requirements

    Valid CDL-A license in good standing

    Ownership or lease of a reliable tractor and necessary equipment

    Active operating authority or ability to run under authority

    Current insurance, registration, and compliance documentation

    Strong independent operational skills and time management

    Professional communication abilities
