Remote Client Care Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative to join our team remotely. As the voice of the 5% Nutrition brand, you’ll provide best-in-class support to our community of athletes, bodybuilders, and fitness enthusiasts. This role is critical in ensuring our customers have seamless, satisfying experiences — from order inquiries to product education.

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media
Troubleshoot issues related to orders, shipments, and product usage
Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate concerns appropriately
Assist with returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policy
Educate customers on product usage, ingredients, and stacking strategies
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and internal systems
Collaborate with the sales and fulfillment teams to resolve customer pain points
Identify trends in customer feedback to support ongoing improvements

1–2 years of experience in customer service or support (e-commerce preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable using platforms like Zendesk, Shopify, Gorgias, etc.
Passion for fitness, bodybuilding, or supplements strongly preferred
Self-starter with strong time-management and problem-solving skills
Reliable internet connection and distraction-free remote work setup
