We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Remote Code Violations Coordinator opportunity with a national property preservation and real estate services company. The Remote Code Violations Coordinator is responsible for tracking municipal code violations, ensuring repair services are completed within city or client deadlines, and mitigating any related fines or liens. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates with transferable skills such as administrative support, customer service, real estate, or property management.

Your specific duties will include:

• Communicating with city, county, code enforcement, and building officials to obtain official violation documentation.
• Creating and tracking code violations within the internal system, ensuring service timelines are met.
• Verifying file contents, including documentation, photos, and emails related to each property.
• Monitoring service completion progress and providing updates to internal teams and clients.
• Notifying code enforcement of estimated completion timelines and requesting extensions as needed.
• Submitting repair bids to clients to avoid fines and following up on bid approvals.
• Notifying code enforcement upon completion and coordinating re-inspections.
• Obtaining and delivering written compliance verification to clients.
• Negotiating reductions or removal of fines and fees when applicable.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and adapt quickly in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of construction, repairs, or plumbing is a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate Range : $18.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
