    We are seeking Remote Customer Service Providers (CSPs) to join our network. This is a 1099 independent contractor role , offering the freedom to choose your schedule, select the clients you want to service, and work from the comfort of your home.

    At this time, we are NOT accepting applicants from CA, CO, CT, IL, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, PA, VT, WA, or WI.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Answer inbound calls, chats, or emails from customers

    • Troubleshoot issues and resolve concerns in a professional manner

    • Protect customer data and client information

    • Attend and complete paid certification training

    • ****Choose your schedule and adhere to selected service intervals
