Prime Easily Dental is a rapidly growing dental supply company and we are in search of a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing outstanding support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

\- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent service via phone, email, and chat.

-Assist customers with orders, exchanges, returns, and general product inquiries.

\- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and effectively resolve them in a timely manner.

\- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

\- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

\- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

\- High school diploma or equivalent required.

\- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.

\- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

\- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

\- Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.

\- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

\- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

\- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
