    • Work independently while following training and ongoing support guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, etc.) is preferred but not required.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while assisting customers.

    • Reliable computer (Windows or Mac) and high-speed internet connection.
