    Position Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data and Records Clerk to manage digital files, input data accurately, and maintain organized record-keeping systems. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to handle sensitive information discreetly, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced virtual environment.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Accurately enter, update, and maintain various types of data into internal systems and client databases

    • Organize, digitize, and file electronic records and documents

    • Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of entered data

    • Maintain confidential and sensitive records in compliance with company policies

    • Assist with data cleanup and migration projects as needed

    • Generate reports and summaries from records as requested by management or clients

    • Respond to internal or client requests for document retrieval

    • Collaborate with team members to improve data processes and workflow

    • Ensure all records are stored and archived according to retention policies


    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher is a plus

    • Proven experience in data entry, records management, or administrative support

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Dropbox, or SharePoint)

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

    • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience using project or document management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Airtable, DocuWare)

    • Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, or other data privacy standards (if applicable)
