Location: Remote Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) Compensation: $1,000 – $1,500/month base + $150 bonus per arch when patients move forward with treatment

About the Position

We are looking for a Remote Patient Coordinator / Lead Specialist to follow up with patients who have expressed interest in full-arch dental implant treatment (All-on-X / full mouth implants).

All leads are inbound marketing leads who have requested information through our website or social media campaigns.

Your role will be to contact these patients, answer questions, collect insurance information, and schedule consultations with the doctor.

This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

Call and follow up with inbound leads from our CRM (GoHighLevel)

Respond to patient inquiries via phone, text, and email

Follow up with new leads quickly (ideally within 5–10 minutes)

Educate patients about dental implant treatment options

Ask screening questions to determine patient eligibility

Collect patient documents (insurance card, driver's license, insurance benefits booklet)

Schedule consultations with the doctor

Track leads and follow-ups inside the CRM

Work through lead pipelines daily and maintain detailed notes

Compensation

Base Pay

$1,000 – $1,500 per month

Performance Bonus

$150 per arch when a patient you scheduled moves forward with treatment

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication and phone skills

Comfortable speaking with patients about healthcare procedures

Sales or patient coordination experience preferred

Organized and detail-oriented

Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred but not required)

Comfortable discussing pricing and helping qualify patients financially

Experience in dental implants, dentistry, healthcare, or medical insurance coordination is a strong plus.
