Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Email Response/Chat Specialist to join our team at FXBC Mid North Coast. As a key member of our email response team, you will be responsible for promptly and professionally responding to customer inquiries and concerns via email and chat. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with empathy and understanding
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve email response processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email management systems

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or email/chat response role
• Experience working remotely is preferred

Pay Range: $52,000 to $63,000 per year
