Currently seeking a Corporate/Procurement Financial Analyst for a reputable technology company in Alpharetta.GA.

3 month project

100% Remote -Eastern Time

Responsibilities

• Overseeing purchasing department activities.
• Submitting expense reports Expense Management Solution.
• Submitting Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and ensuring Purchase Orders (POs) to send to our supplier.
• Review, comparing, and analyzing, products and services to be purchased.
• Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Track, organize, and monitoring IT assets..
• Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.
• Maintain supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
• Purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
• Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
• ·Monitor and report on budget variances.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a financial management role within a technology company or department.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with software and hardware products contract renewals.
• Experience with Excel and Google sheets.
• Financial experience with budgeting, billing, and procurement processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
