Setien is looking for a motivated and organized Remote HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR functions. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
Support the onboarding process for new hires
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Respond to HR-related inquiries and assist with policy communication
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and compliance tracking
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Prior HR experience is a plus but not required
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
