    Responsibilities

    • Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat

    • Assist users with setup and configuration of computer systems and applications
    • Maintain documentation of support interactions and resolutions
    • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
    • Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner
    • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role
    • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
    • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
    • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
    • Familiarity with networking principles and protocols
