    CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is seeking part-time licensed therapists with experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, families, and/or couples. We offer in-person and telehealth services across the DMV area and are committed to delivering accessible, high-quality, and culturally responsive care in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

    Our skilled support team handles all scheduling, billing, credentialing, and insurance processing, so you can focus on your clients. We also manage an active waitlist to help fill your caseload quickly and consistently.

    Professional Growth & Support

    Weekly peer consultation and supervision opportunities

    Opportunities to supervise early-career clinicians and trainees

    Participation in CCCC-led workshops, trainings, or school-based services (optional)

    Ideal Candidates

    Licensed in DC, MD, or VA (e.g., LCSW-C, LICSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist)

    Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or couples

    Comfortable providing telehealth and/or in-person care

    Available for after-school hours, evenings, or weekends

    Strong commitment to equity, cultural responsiveness, and compassionate care
