Job Title: Remote Instructor Coverage Coordinator

Position Type: Part-Time / Remote Hours: Vary based on studio needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional last-minute coverage requests.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Remote Instructor Coverage Coordinator to assist with instructor scheduling and class coverage across multiple studios. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable communicating with instructors in a fast-paced fitness environment.

The Coverage Coordinator will be responsible for proactively filling open classes, communicating with instructors, and utilizing scheduling platforms such as Club Ready and NetGym to support daily studio operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor instructor coverage needs across multiple studio locations

Reach out to instructors regarding open classes and substitute opportunities

Utilize scheduling and studio management systems including Club Ready and NetGym

Send coverage requests through text, email, and communication platforms such as Discord

Follow up with instructors to confirm availability and ensure shifts are picked up properly

Maintain accurate communication records and scheduling updates

Assist management with last-minute schedule changes and emergency coverage needs

Coordinate with studio leadership regarding unresolved coverage gaps

Ensure professionalism and timely communication with all instructors

Qualifications

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and respond quickly in a remote environment

Comfortable using scheduling and communication software

Prior experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or scheduling coordination preferred

Familiarity with Club Ready, NetGym, Discord, or similar systems is a plus

Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent requests

Reliable internet connection and access to a computer and phone
