Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty License
Remote applicants must have prior State Farm experience and be proficient in NECHO, SFPP, and ECRM
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to problem-solve and work independently in a remote setting
Proven experience in sales and customer-facing roles
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Build new client relationships and provide exceptional support to existing clients
Educate customers on insurance products and help determine the best coverage for their needs
Generate leads through referrals, outreach, and warm lead follow-up
Cross-sell and upsell insurance solutions to maximize customer protection
Help customers protect their families, property, and financial well-being
Stay informed on industry trends, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory changes
