Position Overview: We are actively hiring a sales-focused Insurance Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates located within or aligned to the Eastern Time Zone.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to sell - someone who can build trust quickly, identify customer needs, and confidently close business. While insurance experience is a plus, we’re open to strong sales professionals from other industries (including life insurance or related fields) who are ready to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

Build relationships with prospective and existing clients

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

Quote, present, and close policies

Follow up consistently to convert leads and maintain pipeline activity

Provide excellent customer service to drive retention and referrals

What We’re Looking For:

Sales experience required (insurance or related fields strongly preferred)

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Must be comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours

Strong communication and closing skills

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote environment

Ability to quickly learn products, systems, and sales processes
