    Position Overview

    We are hiring Remote Full-Cycle Insurance Sales Representatives to manage the entire client journey—from initial conversation to policy placement.

    This is a performance-driven, remote sales role where you will:

    ● Speak with clients

    ● Identify needs

    ● Present tailored insurance solutions

    ● Close policies

    This role is ideal for individuals who:

    What You'll Do

    ● Handle inbound and outbound leads (depending on campaign structure)

    ○ Property and Casualty Insurance Products

    ● Present customized solutions in a clear, client-first manner

    ● Manage the full sales cycle :

    ○ Lead → Consultation → Presentation → Close

    ● Guide clients through the application and enrollment process

    ● Maintain follow-ups and build a pipeline of active prospects

    ● Stay compliant with all carrier and regulatory requirements

    What We're Looking For

    ● Strong communication and closing ability

    ● Experience in insurance, financial services, or phone sales (preferred)

    ● Self-motivated and comfortable working 100% remotely

    ● Organized and able to manage pipeline, follow-ups, and documentation

    Compensation & Earnings

    100% Commission-Based (Uncapped)

    ● High earning potential based on production and consistency

    ● Typical earnings in the first 36 months: $80,000 – $200,000+ annually

    Important Onboarding Requirement

    To ensure a strong and committed team environment:

    ● Candidates must be verbally committed to the position
