What You'll Do:

Conduct virtual or in-person consultations with clients across the U.S.

Recommend life, health, and retirement solutions tailored to each client’s goals

Guide clients through the application process with clarity and confidence

Stay organized using our CRM and sales systems

Maintain ongoing relationships and manage policy renewals

Stay sharp on industry updates, compliance, and product offerings

Who We’re Looking For:

Strong communicator (phone, video, and in person)

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Open to feedback, training, and accountability

Able to manage time and follow through consistently

Licensed agents are welcome—but you do not need to be licensed to start

Previous experience in sales, service, athletics, or leadership is a plus—but not required
