Position Overview An international sports education agency is seeking a highly organized and proactive CEO Assistant to support executive operations and business coordination. This role involves direct communication with internal and external stakeholders, schedule management, project coordination, and operational support for the CEO.

This is a fully remote position. Applicants must currently reside in the New York area.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO
Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate communication with clients, partners, and internal team members
Assist with project management and follow-up on ongoing tasks
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Support business operations and special projects as assigned
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Collaborate with international stakeholders across different time zones
Maintain organized records and communication workflows
Requirements
Japanese bilingual required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
