About the Role:

Gratitude Weight Loss Honolulu LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Remote Marketing and Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the intersection of strategy and execution — helping us expand our reach and keep our operations running smoothly. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising channels

Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals

Manage content creation, scheduling, and brand messaging to drive client acquisition

Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to streamline operational workflows

Support client onboarding processes and maintain a high standard of customer experience

Identify growth opportunities and implement scalable systems and processes

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in marketing, operations management, or a related field

Proven track record managing digital marketing campaigns and operational systems

Strong proficiency with marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, or email platforms

Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask remotely

Experience in the health, wellness, or weight loss industry is a strong plus

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills
