    $31 per hour

    As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will involve responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in promoting and maintaining Strata Information Technology's reputation as a leader in the industry.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    \- Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat

    \- Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues and providing quick and effective solutions

    \- Documenting all client interactions and updating client information in the CRM system

    \- Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues

    \- Assisting with onboarding new clients and providing necessary training and support

    \- Proactively identifying ways to improve the client experience and suggesting solutions to management

    \- Cross-selling and upselling Strata Information Technology's products and services to existing clients

    \- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes in technology to better assist clients and provide relevant product knowledge

     

    Qualifications:

     

    \- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role

    \- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    \- Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

    \- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

    \- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks

    \- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems

    \- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
