Role: Remote Monitoring Tool Specialist

Location: New York, NY

Join our team to leverage your remote monitoring expertise and help maintain top-notch performance and uptime!

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, orVue.js

• Experience using AT&T remote monitoring tools or similar network monitoring solutions (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios)

• Proficiency in server-side technologies like Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP, or .NET

• Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus

• Strong understanding of network monitoring protocols (SNMP, NetFlow, etc.)

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party software integrations

• Proficiency in generating and interpreting reports and dashboards

• Detect, diagnose, and resolve issues in real-time to maintain uptime and performance

• Analyze application performance and provide recommendations for system improvements

• Generate regular reports detailing system performance, incidents, and resolutions

• Prepare documentation on configurations, processes, and procedures

• Liaise with AT&T support team/3rd parties to resolve technical issues or optimize tool functionality
