Position Title: Remote Online Housing Resource Support Intern
Hours: 3–5 hours per week
Compensation: $10/hour
Location: Remote (Online Only)

Position Overview:
Trinity is seeking a Remote Online Housing Resource Support Intern to assist individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. In this role, you will work remotely to respond to online requests from clients in need of housing resources, food assistance, or employment connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to online messages and requests from clients in a timely and professional manner

• Provide guidance and referrals to housing resources, food programs, and job opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resource referrals

• Communicate respectfully and compassionately with vulnerable populations

• Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards

Qualifications:

• Strong written communication and computer skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Interest in social services, housing advocacy, or nonprofit work preferred

Schedule:
Flexible — 3 to 5 hours per week, based on your availability.
