The firm is seeking a Remote Operations Associate with a knack for organization, problem-solving, and collaborative support. Your Impact:
• Own back-office workflows and keep client records accurate and up to date
• Open and maintain accounts (Schwab preferred), organize key client documents
• Coordinate calendars, track deliverables, and support internal communications
• Handle CRM, reporting, and occasional social media or special projects
• Collaborate daily with advisors, consultants, and leadership
