    We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Remote Patient Service Representative to join our growing healthcare support team. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for patients, helping ensure a seamless and supportive care experience from the comfort of your own home.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Answer inbound calls, emails, and messages from patients in a professional and empathetic manner

    Schedule and confirm patient appointments using internal scheduling software

    Provide information about services, policies, and procedures

    Assist with billing inquiries and insurance verification

    Document all interactions accurately and efficiently

    Collaborate with healthcare staff to coordinate patient needs

    What We're Looking For:

    Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment

    Comfortable using computers, web-based systems, and communication platforms

    Prior experience in healthcare or call center environment is a plus but not required

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Compensation & Benefits:
