    We are hiring a Remote Program Admin Support professional to assist our program staff with administrative operations. This role will provide clerical support to ensure smooth coordination across departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to program managers and supervisors

    • Assist with preparing documents, internal forms, and client-facing materials

    • Coordinate virtual meetings, take notes, and organize follow-up action items

    • Maintain shared drives, update databases, and file records as needed

    • Support staff scheduling and general communication within the team

    Qualifications

    • 1+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare setting

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

    • Organized and detail-oriented

    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a remote work setting
