Remote Records Management Clerk
We are seeking a Remote Records Management Clerk to support our client services teams by maintaining and organizing digital records. This role is essential in ensuring our documentation is current, complete, and securely stored across multiple systems.

Enter, update, and maintain electronic records for clinical and case management services
Organize and verify digital files for accuracy and completeness
Ensure compliance with agency and regulatory documentation standards
Support internal audits and prepare requested records when needed
Collaborate with program teams to identify and resolve data inconsistencies
Protect client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and agency policies

At least 1 year of experience in data entry, records management, or administrative work
Familiarity with electronic file systems and secure documentation practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
