About the Role:
Committed Coaches is seeking motivated and disciplined sales professionals to join our high-performance team. As a Sales Rep (coach , you’ll guide prospective clients through life-changing supplement and wellness programs via phone-based sales conversations. This is a commission-based position with significant income potential for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls
Guide clients through product offers and wellness solutions
Close high-impact deals in a fast-paced, short-cycle environment
Maintain activity and performance metrics
Collaborate with team leaders and receive ongoing coaching
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
1+ year of phone sales experience preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Results-driven with a competitive edge
