    Become a pivotal Sales Development Representative (SDR) with us, stepping into the role of a trusted go-to advisor for our clients' sales teams. Your mission: secure new businesses and customers through strategic cold calling, prospecting, hunting, and use of sales campaigns. Melding your sales prowess with our proven methods, you should swiftly transition to being on the phones, building pipelines, proactive outreach, and proving your readiness to fully service our clients within your first 30-45 days. Initiative is key. Responsibilities: • Grow and build a pipeline through cold prospecting calls and emails. • Collaborate with your account executive/SDR/Director to help generate meetings. • Attend prospect meetings with your sales team and take notes. • Create and prioritize target accounts and contact lists. • Conduct high-level professional conversations and email/text correspondence with executives in prospect accounts. • Work closely with Sales and Marketing on projects that help drive revenue growth. • Achieve monthly quotas of meetings and qualified opportunities on a consistent basis. • Minimum 5-6 hours/day of outbound prospecting leveraging our automated dialing technology (ADT). Qualifications: • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred with preferences to candidates who are experienced with prospecting and securing qualified leads for a sales team. Other relevant sales experience is also welcomed. • Proven ability to adapt to frequent changes and shifting priorities. • You are highly results-oriented and relentlessly driven. You have a track record of delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines and thrive in a fast moving, competitive, and goal-focused environment. • Experience using Hubspot or any other CRM is a plus. • Excellent communication skills. You are professional, clear, concise, and have been known to be a compelling storyteller both verbally and in writing. • A positive attitude – you’re a collaborative team player who listens attentively, applies instructions effectively, and demonstrates resilience when facing challenges. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
