Earning Potential

• Part-time (1–2 sales/week): $500–$1,000 weekly

• Average (3–5 sales/week): $1,500–$2,500 weekly

• High producers (6–8 sales/week): $3,000–$4,000 weekly

• Top agents regularly make 12+ sales per week

What You'll Do

• Help clients identify the right life insurance and financial protection for their needs

• Conduct appointments virtually over the phone or Zoom

• Follow up with prospects and manage your client pipeline

• Implement training and scripts to improve performance

• Optionally recruit and mentor new agents as you grow

Who We're Looking For

• Self-motivated and driven to succeed

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Able to work independently in a remote environment

• Comfortable working 100% commission-based

• Life and Health Insurance License (or willing to obtain)

• Leadership experience or aspirations are a plus
