About the role
We help businesses launch winning ads fast with a done-for-you Growth Sprint. Your job is simple: run short Zoom/Meet discovery calls and collect a $1,500 Fast-Start Deposit on the call (credited to a $5,000 setup). You’ll receive booked calls, a proven script, objection map, and a live Stripe payment link.
Compensation (commission-only, no base):
- $200 per closed deposit (paid weekly once payment clears)
- Accelerator: $250 per deposit after 6+ deposits in 30 days
- SPIF: Extra $100 for your 5th deposit in a month
- No hourly pay or retainer — commission only.
On-Target Examples (illustrative, not guaranteed):
- 2 deposits/week → $400/week (~$1,600/month)
- 3 deposits/week → $600/week (~$2,400/month)
- 4 deposits/week → $800/week (~$3,200/month)
What you’ll sell
- A $1,500 Fast-Start Deposit that kicks off a DFY Growth Sprint: 48-hour audit + strategy (3 angles, launch plan) and implementation kickoff. Optional Google LSA onboarding ($400) handled by Ops.
- You are not selling the $27 template bundle; your focus is the high-ticket DFY deposit.
What you’ll do
- Run 20–30 min Zoom/Meet discovery/closing calls (bookings provided).
- Follow our script & objection map, confirm fit, and ask for the $1,500 deposit on the call.
- If yes: share the Stripe payment link and stay on until payment completes.
- If no-show: re-invite within 5 minutes; run a simple 48-hour, 3-touch reminder sequence.
- After each call: send a 3-bullet recap and log Calls / Shows / Deposits in our Google Sheet.
- Record every call (quality & training).
- Stay compliant (no earnings promises; read deposit terms when asked).
You’ll succeed here if you…
- Have recent remote closing experience (DFY/agency/services/high-ticket).
- Are confident and concise asking for payment on the call.
- Manage tone/pace well (neither pushy nor timid).
- Keep clean process hygiene (notes, logs, follow-ups).
- Speak excellent English and have a reliable, quiet audio setup.
Must-haves
- Reliable availability Mon–Fri, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET
- Zoom/Meet proficiency + call recording
- Comfortable using Stripe payment links live on calls
- Stable internet + quality mic
- Willing to complete 2 short mock calls during onboarding
Targets (for ongoing fit)
- Show rate ≥ 80% (with reminders/reschedules)
- Close rate ≥ 40% of shows (same-call deposit)
- Aim for 2–3 deposits per week once ramped
