    We are currently expanding our team and are seeking a REMOTE- .NET Full Stack Senior Developer with development lead experience to join our software development team that supports a suite of government business web applications. This position is fully remote. The team supports and develops using the following technologies: .NET Core, C# Web API, Vue.js JavaScript Framework, and SQL Server databases. Development methodology follows agile Kanban development processes utilizing Microsoft DevOps. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties as well as possess the following education and experience:

    Duties:

    • Development tools used include Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, SQL Enterprise Manager, and Git. Development methodology follows agile kanban/scrum processes.
    • Required technical skills include C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, JavaScript Frameworks (Vue.js), C# Web API development with .NET Core, and database development in Microsoft SQL Server.
    • Experience with agile development methodology and processes.
    • Take initiative in complex problem-solving situations, troubleshooting intricate software issues, and devising solutions.
    • Experience leading and directing a development team in creating new development features.
    • Identify and document technical requirements by working with business users.
    • Establishes and maintains long-term customer relationships, building trust and respect by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
    • Communicates clearly and concisely.
    • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, ability to multitask.

    Required Education :

    • BS or BA degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, business, or information systems or related field.

    ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION :

    • An AS or AA degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, business, or information systems and nine (9) years of overall experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree; or fourteen (14) years of overall experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

    Required Experience:

    • At least ten (10) years software development experience, to include: Software Design, Development, and Test and Evaluation of which at least three (3) years of programming experience with the technologies specified above.

    Desired Experience:

    • Two (2) years of experience leading developers.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Skillful in the use of Hospital computer systems related to ADT order entry, requisitions, lab inquiries and other computerized processes and related software/hardware applications. 10. Knowledge of clinical procedures and operations. 11. Knowledge of supplies, equipment ordering and inventory control. 12. Clerical, word processing and office skills. 13. Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instruction and safety precautions. 14. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
