KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the Sales for Gears & Winches in North and South America
- Commercial and technical negotiations with customer procurement
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Work closely with the inside sales team on all sales-related operational tasks, such as preparing quotes, following up on invoices, and similar activities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage post-sales follow-up
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong technical understanding and a high affinity for technology, ideally with experience in drive technology
- Structured and independent working style with a willingness to take on responsibility
- Professional experience in technical sales is desirable
- 3–5+ years of successful outside sales experience, ideally in drive technology
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to spend over 50% of the time in the field, including international travel
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and professional interaction with clients
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Sage is an advantage
