Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, timelines, and budget considerations.
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation options, activities, and travel packages.
• Prepare customized itineraries tailored to individual client needs.
• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services as needed.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm availability, pricing, and reservation details.
• Provide timely updates, travel documentation guidance, and pre-trip support to clients.
• Monitor changes, resolve scheduling issues, and assist with modifications when travel plans shift.
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences, bookings, and correspondence.
• Deliver responsive, professional service throughout the planning and travel process.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
