    Job description:

    We are seeking a dedicated, Washington D.C.-licensed attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be actively licensed and in good standing with the Washington D.C. Bar. This role involves managing cases from consultation through resolution, with a focus on client retention and effective legal advocacy. Flexibility to work across other areas of law is also essential.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide legal representation to clients in employment law.
    • Conduct legal research and case investigations.
    • Draft, review, and file legal documents.
    • Offer consultations and guide clients through legal processes.
    • Collaborate with local co-counsel in states where you may not be licensed.
    • Maintain strong client relationships through clear and consistent communication.
    • Willingness to work across other areas of law, including but not limited to employment, real estate, immigration and family law.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active Washington D.C. Bar License in good standing (REQUIRED).
    • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and client relations abilities.
    • No criminal history.
    • Ability to work flexible hours and commit as many hours as possible per week.
