Our dynamic Law Office is seeking a passionate, dependable, and charismatic Experienced Attorney to join our legal team. Our firm is committed to providing the best legal services to our clients. Proudly representing clients within various stages of immigration, including all aspects of removal proceedings such as: USCIS Asylum Petitions, USCIS Family Based Petitions, AOS interviews, Work permits, and more.We are seeking a Remote Writing Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in Immigration Legal Proceedings. We are looking for an attorney with immigration experience that is familiar with writing motions, appeals, briefs (9th circuit,BIA) but also familiar with USCIS applications that you would be reviewing to make sure they are ready to be submitted. This position is completely remote so looking for someone that has an understanding and has been writing for a while.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed reviews of client-submitted drafts, ensuring clarity and legal accuracy
• Assess evidence compilations and verify forms for compliance with USCIS guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to finalize legal documents and provide actionable feedback
Represent clients in court or before government agencies
Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Required Qualifications
•Familiar with BIA, 9th circuit, briefs and motions
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 2+ years of experience in immigration law, focusing on writing-intensive case types
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal writing
Familiarity with various legal documents
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year (with advancement opportunity)
