    Job Description

    REMOTELINK SOLUTIONS seeks to establish itself as the premier back-office solution for independent financial advisors nationwide. We understand that managing and operating a broker/dealer comes with a number of pressures, some of which include compliance issues, maximizing the bottom line through healthy income streams and managing expenses. However, there are limited resources to accomplish these goals and many times one initiative comes at the expense of another. Through a partnership between REMOTELINK SOLUTIONS, we create a solution to these problems, helping advisors who want to grow but are spending too much time on administrative functions instead of building their business. Our solution will provide these advisors the support they need so they can focus on growth.

    IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL SUPPORT FINANCIAL ADVISORS THROUGH: 

    • E-mail and phone support
    • Meeting preparation
    • Money movement
    • Forms review and submission
    • Clerical tasks (copying, scanning, record retention)
    • Event/Seminar planning
    • CRM system updates and client mailings
    • Account maintenance and cash management requests

     

    TECHNICAL, OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION 

    • Adheres to reporting guidelines
    • Demonstrates industry knowledge and functional expertise or has a history of quickly learning new fields
    • Maintains FINRA and SEC compliance guidelines

     

    PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS

    • Demonstrates a high degree of self-motivation and possesses a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations

    • Applies his/her skills to maintain a high level of productivity; is accurate and thorough in delivering quality work; pays attention to all relevant details

    • Picks up on new technical and procedural knowledge quickly, applies new learning to become more effective at work, works to continuously improve

    • Maintains a professional appearance, demeanor, approach to work

    • Demonstrates outstanding verbal, written communication skills, excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette

    • Demonstrates strong time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience highly recommended
    • Financial services industry experience is highly preferred but not essential
