Education : Bachelors Degree Experience : 36 Hours per Week : 40 Description : Duties: Develop relationships with key accounts on/off premise customers throughout US to educate, drive distribution, create value through customized programming, raise profile of the brand, increase brand loyalty and consumption, and generate incremental sales volume. Responsible for the organization and production of LOUIS XIII tasting events for direct clients and luxury partners; increase in-account portfolio (on-premise) visibility with merchandising materials and menu list placements; and retail and wholesale trade education (off-premise) to drive distribution, improve visibility and increase sales. Oversee execution of national consumer programs. Develop key accounts customized programs that drive consumer education and sales volume. Execute educational outreach to local and national media, partner agencies and partner luxury brands. Provide feedback concerning brand positioning, competitive activities and market trends, and input regarding future marketing plan development. Requirements: Requires Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related and 3 years marketing or sales experience in the luxury adult beverage or luxury consumer product goods industry. Experience specified must include 3 years experience with: event management with a core focus on High Net Worth Individuals; budget management of at least $25,000; On and Off Premise Channel; working with key decision makers for Distributor or Buyer Management. Requires valid drivers license. Requires up to 50% domestic travel. Requires flexible/non-standard hours including nights and weekends.
