Job Description

As a Business Analyst with a leading healthcare company you will fully utilize your technical experience with Salesforce to assist in the design, configuration, and ultimate delivery of best in class solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Contributing to the entire implementation process
• Driving the definition of improvements based on business needs and architectural improvements
• Building, testing, root cause analysis, and complex performance tuning
• Consulting with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives
• Documentation of program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
• Writing manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of programming languages, project management, and application or systems development methodologies.
• Basic SQL query skills.
• Significant experience in a SCRUM environment.
• Business Analyst experience with Salesforce or other comparable CRM applications.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
