We are searching for a CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER to work in a business related to women s health and fertility. This is a newly created managerial position to lead a small department handling client relations and services for domestic and international clients. This role will work with select and well informed clientele, coach client relations representatives in best practices for client communication, and adhere to protocols for compliance and confidentiality. Ideal background might come from management roles in hospitality, retail, medical or other fields in which there is extensive customer interface. To be successful in this role you must have excellent problem solving skills, exceptional written communication, and the ability to work in a CRM/database. Experience in business development or marketing and management of a team is preferred.
