Position Overview

The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role is responsible for managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment that reflects

VIVÂMEE Hospitality Culture of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing accurately
• Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally
• Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Resolve guest concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
• Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
• Uphold all company service standards and brand expectations
• Support team operations and assist other departments as needed

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Proficiency with computers and reservation systems preferred
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience with MEWS property management systems (PMS) is a plus
